Feedback Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

CloudEmythos exists to help readers choose the right AI tools — and reader feedback is how we keep getting better. This page explains how we receive, handle, and act on your feedback.

How to Send Feedback

Email us anytime at contact@cloudemythos.org. You can write about:

  • Article suggestions — topics or tools you want us to review
  • Factual errors — wrong prices, outdated features, misquoted sources (see also our Corrections Policy)
  • Clarity issues — sections that were confusing or incomplete
  • Technical problems — broken links, images not loading, layout issues
  • General thoughts on how we can improve

No account or personal details are required beyond what is needed to understand your message.

What Happens Next

  • We read everything. Every message is read by a human on the CloudEmythos team.
  • Timely response. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Reports of factual errors or broken functionality are prioritized.
  • Action, not just acknowledgment. Valid corrections are fixed and noted per our Corrections Policy; good topic suggestions go into our editorial pipeline.

Comments

Where comments are enabled on articles, we welcome honest, on-topic discussion. To keep the conversation useful for everyone:

  • Be respectful — no personal attacks, hate speech, or harassment.
  • No spam, self-promotion, or affiliate links.
  • No misinformation — claims should be supportable.

We moderate comments and may remove or edit those that violate these guidelines. Repeat offenders may be blocked from commenting.

What We Cannot Do

We cannot provide personalized tech support, financial advice, or legal advice. Feedback about products we review is passed along when relevant, but we cannot resolve issues with third-party tools on your behalf — please contact those companies directly.

Our Commitment

Your feedback directly shapes what we publish. If an article helped you — or let you down — tell us at contact@cloudemythos.org. We are listening.
